Use the Qboon balance page if your card has the required 16-digit card number and 4-digit PIN.
- Open Check balance.
- Enter the card number and PIN on that page and submit the check.
- Read the balance or card status shown.
The page covers Qboon marketplace and closed-loop cards; other cards may not appear. Follow your card issuer's instructions or contact support if the check is unavailable or your card has a different format. Do not send the full code or PIN by email.
