Use the card with its participating brand, through the online or in-store channel shown on the product page and in your gift instructions.
For online use, open the card in your Qboon wallet, choose the online option where available and follow the instructions to reveal your code. Enter it in the brand's gift card or voucher field at checkout.
For in-store use, check the eligible branches on the brand's product page. Open the card in your wallet, choose the in-store option where available and show the code to the cashier. Follow the instructions supplied with a physical card if you have one.
Using a card to pay for a purchase is redemption; asking for money back is a refund. In Arabic, these are استخدام and استرداد respectively.
