Open the link in your gift message and follow the prompts to claim the gift into your Qboon wallet.
Sign in when prompted using your email and the one-time code sent to it. After claiming, open the gift in your wallet to see its use instructions.
If the link says the gift has already been claimed, sign in with the account you used to claim it. If you do not recognise the claim or cannot open the gift, contact support. Keep the gift link and sign-in code private.
