Report suspected fraud, unauthorised account access or an intercepted gift card code immediately to info@qboon.net.
Describe what happened, when it happened, and the account email or order number involved. Include the suspicious sender or page address and a screenshot if useful, with gift codes, PINs, sign-in codes and API keys hidden.
Do not share a gift card code with someone demanding payment on behalf of a government body, utility, bank or debt collector. Keep your credentials confidential and avoid entering them on a suspicious page.
If a code was intercepted before reaching its recipient, Qboon will investigate and, where it is still unredeemed, void and reissue it. This does not promise recovery of a card already used by someone else. Tell support promptly so they can check its status.
