Include a short description of the problem and the details that help identify it:
- Your account email and order number, if it concerns an order.
- The brand, branch or website, approximate time and error message for a card-use problem.
- Your company name and order reference for a business or partner enquiry.
You may attach a screenshot of the error, with sensitive details hidden. Do not send full gift card codes, PINs, sign-in codes or API keys.
