Choose direct delivery in the bulk order builder, then use the CSV upload option in the recipient section. Download the sample file there before filling in your list.

Provide the contact required for your chosen channel. If channel is blank, the importer uses email when supplied, or WhatsApp when only a phone number is supplied.
Set the card value and greeting in the order builder: this upload does not use per-row amount or message columns. Review imported recipients, correct flagged rows and check the card counts before submitting the order. You can also add recipients manually or paste a list.
Only provide recipient details you are entitled to share for gift delivery. If upload fails, contact support with the error text and column headings; avoid sending the whole recipient list unless needed.
