Keep your gift card code private: anyone who has it can use it. Do not post it publicly or send it to someone you do not intend to give the gift to.
Do not share your one-time sign-in code, even with someone claiming to be Qboon staff. Hide the full gift card code in screenshots and do not send it by email or social media.
If you suspect unauthorised access or an intercepted gift, contact support immediately. Qboon cannot replace a card already used by someone else after you shared, published or forwarded its code.
